  Tier 1 team won gold over Fraser Valley Water Polo Club. Our Tier 2 team also won gold medal by beating Tier 2 team of North Vancouver.

  Our Tier 1 cadet boys won gold in the Lower Mainland League windup tournament by beating Coquitlam team 7:1.
  
• Water Polo Canada Selects Top 26 for the Junior Pan Pacific Games
  November 24, 2007
  Congratulations to three Burnaby Water Polo Club players who made the top 26 and will represent Canada in Pan Pacific Games taking place in California this winter (December 26th 2007 to January 4th, 2008).
  
  While Harrison Gower, Filip Juristovski, and Daniel Myton made the top team, Farbod Bahadori from Burnaby Water Polo Club was selected among top 8 alternates and will join the team if needed.
  
• Successful Introductory Water Polo Clinic
  November 24, 2006
  Sixteen new kids joined us for the free water polo clinic. Club is very pleased with the response. We look forward to see new talent join us for the upcoming season starting January 13, 2008. Don't forget that there is $50 registration discount for new atom players.

BWPC Year in Review: 2007

January

• Chris Toy and Daniel Tausan shared a bronze medal with the Canadian youth water polo team at the Pan Pacific invitational cup in Calgary.
• Brandon Jung was named to Canada's men's national water polo team for the world championships in Melbourne, Australia.
• Jacqueline Kohli won a silver medal with the under-16 Pacific Storm team and Molly Gritchen and Kyla Yoshioka won gold for the cadet girls at the B.C. open waterpolo championships.
• Roger Clarke, Filip Juristovski and Farbod Bahedori were named to the B.C. open cadet all-star water polo team following the B.C. championships.

March

• Brandon Jung scored three goals for Canada in his first-ever appearance at the world water polo championships.

April

• Moscrop and Burnaby Mountain teamed up for third place at the B.C. high school water polo championships. Filip Juristovski, Philip Toy, and Chris Toy from BWPC were playing for the team.
• Filip Juristovski was named bantam player of the year at the B.C. water polo awards April 20.

May

• Kyla Yoshioka and Molly Gritchen shared gold with B.C.'s cadet girls' team at the Canadian water polo championships.
• Jakie Kohli shared gold with the Pacific Storm women's team at the Canadian u-18 water polo championships. Kohli was later named to the national youth team.
• Daniel Tausan, Chris Toy, Harrison Glower and Roger Clarke won a silver medal with Pacific Storm at the youth men's water polo nationals.

June

• Daniel Tausan, Jakie Kohli and Chris Toy were named to under-18 national youth water polo teams.

July

• Brandon Jung scored two goals against Cuba to help Canada win a bronze medal in waterpolo at the Pan American Games.

November

• Harrison Gower, Filip Juristovski, and Daniel Myton selected to National Junior Water Polo Team, Farbod Bahadori selected as alternate.

December

• BWPC Cadet and Youth teams get gold in the Lower Mainland Water Polo League windup tournament.
